Compensation:
$117,000 – $167,000/year, plus equity.
What you'll do:
- Lead end-to-end research and measurement projects evaluating safety of features.
- Design data for product risk assessments and AI evaluations.
- Develop trust and safety metrics to assess product interventions.
- Communicate research findings to diverse audiences.
Who you are:
- 3+ years of experience in data science or research focused on safety and responsible AI.
- Proficient in SQL and Python.
- Familiar with AI and machine learning systems.
- Strong communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
