Data Scientist II, Trust & Safety

This role is based in New York or Boston with flexibility for remote work.

Compensation:

$117,000 – $167,000/year, plus equity.

What you'll do:

• Lead end-to-end research and measurement projects evaluating safety of features.
• Design data for product risk assessments and AI evaluations.
• Develop trust and safety metrics to assess product interventions.
• Communicate research findings to diverse audiences.

Who you are:

• 3+ years of experience in data science or research focused on safety and responsible AI.
• Proficient in SQL and Python.
• Familiar with AI and machine learning systems.
• Strong communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
