$110,018 - $157,169, plus equity

Responsibilities:

Develop data-driven strategies to support the growth of Spotify’s active users and subscribers
Create and communicate impactful findings and recommendations
Model and forecast the impact of new business initiatives
Analyze experiments to measure the impact of new features
Present findings to senior leaders

Requirements:

5+ years of experience in data science or analytics
Fluency in SQL and Python or R
Strong grasp of statistical methods
Excellent communication skills
Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field
