Data Scientist II, Business Analytics

This role is based in New York with flexibility to work from home.

Compensation:

$110,018 - $157,169, plus equity

Responsibilities:

• Develop data-driven strategies to support the growth of Spotify’s active users and subscribers
• Create and communicate impactful findings and recommendations
• Model and forecast the impact of new business initiatives
• Analyze experiments to measure the impact of new features
• Present findings to senior leaders

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in data science or analytics
• Fluency in SQL and Python or R
• Strong grasp of statistical methods
• Excellent communication skills
• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field
