Data Engineer

This role is based in Toronto with flexibility to work from home, requiring in-person meetings three times a week.
What you'll do:
- Utilize data processing frameworks and technologies (Scala, Scio, Java, Flyte, Styx, Docker, GCP) to enhance financial processes.
- Collaborate with product managers and business partners to implement complex Ad solutions.
- Improve automated financial controls for data quality and compliance.
- Work in agile teams with end-to-end responsibility for product development.
Who you are:
- Experience in building production-quality data solutions.
- Strong SQL skills for data analysis and decision-making.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with diverse stakeholders.
- Self-motivated with effective communication skills.
- Experience in Ad Tech or Financial domains is a plus.
