Data Engineer

This role is based in Toronto with flexibility to work from home, requiring in-person meetings three times a week.

What you'll do:

• Utilize data processing frameworks and technologies (Scala, Scio, Java, Flyte, Styx, Docker, GCP) to enhance financial processes.
• Collaborate with product managers and business partners to implement complex Ad solutions.
• Improve automated financial controls for data quality and compliance.
• Work in agile teams with end-to-end responsibility for product development.

Who you are:

• Experience in building production-quality data solutions.
• Strong SQL skills for data analysis and decision-making.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with diverse stakeholders.
• Self-motivated with effective communication skills.
• Experience in Ad Tech or Financial domains is a plus.
