This role is based in London or Stockholm, with flexibility to work from home.
What you'll do:
- Develop tooling for measuring and acting on quality and stability related issues.
- Work across the stack, including gathering data in the Android client and presenting it in Backstage.
- Perform deep-dive Android profiling to identify and resolve performance bottlenecks.
- Act as an expert in quality and performance, finding opportunities to improve awareness of quality issues.
- Become a developer advocate to improve technical communications with client developers.
Who you are:
- Experienced Software Engineer specializing in Android development.
- Experience in designing and building distributed services in Java/Kotlin.
- Familiar with agile practices, testing methodologies, and CI/CD.
- Comfortable with data analysis and SQL queries.
