What you'll do:
- Support recruiters with day-to-day recruitment-related activities.
- Proactively find opportunities to improve processes and enhance the candidate journey.
- Handle administrative tasks related to recruitment.
- Ensure accurate tracking of recruitment activities in the applicant tracking system.
Who you are:
- Pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
- Graduation year of 2026 or 2027.
- Valid work authorization in the U.S. from June to August 2026.
- Strong communication skills and a learning mindset.
