VP of Product Marketing

Telling that story — clearly, credibly, and in a way that moves markets — is the job.

We're looking for a VP of Product Marketing to build and lead the PMM function at Replit. You'll own positioning, messaging, competitive intelligence, launches, and sales enablement across a dual go-to-market motion that includes both product-led growth and enterprise sales. You'll translate deep technical capabilities — agentic code generation, multi-model orchestration, cloud-native deployment — into narratives that resonate with builders of all backgrounds and the business leaders investing in this new paradigm.

This is a building role. You'll architect the PMM operating model, hire a high-performing team, and establish the frameworks that connect product innovation to market impact. You'll work shoulder-to-shoulder with Product and Sales to ensure that every launch, every piece of content, and every competitive conversation reflects a clear, differentiated point of view on where software creation is going — and why Replit is leading it.
