VP, Ads Quality Engineering

This role is based in San Francisco, Palo Alto, Seattle, or Los Angeles.

What you'll do:

• Oversee a globally distributed team of 200+ AI/ML engineers focused on monetization efforts.
• Provide technical and organizational leadership to scale the team.
• Manage senior leadership within the team, ensuring growth and improvement.
• Collaborate with engineering and product leadership on monetization strategy.
• Foster cross-functional collaborations across departments.

What we’re looking for:

• MSc or PhD in Economics, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field.
• 15+ years of relevant industry experience with 10+ years in managerial roles.
• Exceptional cross-functional collaboration and communication skills.
• Experience in designing large-scale machine learning systems, preferably in advertising.
