Staff Technical Program Manager, Monetization Data Science

Compensation:

$145,747—$300,067/year

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the Monetization DS execution roadmap, driving integrated plans across strategic pillars.
  • Coordinate with Engineering and Data Science to productionalize core tables and ensure data reliability.
  • Partner with Engineering to enhance observability and analyze delivery funnel survivability.
  • Automate workflows to reduce manual intervention and improve monitoring.
  • Deliver partner-facing tools for analytics and diagnostics.
  • Establish business review cadences for accountability on input metrics.
  • Conduct cross-functional deep dives with clear hypotheses and action plans.
  • Utilize GenAI for program execution and decision-making support.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in managing multi-team technical programs.
  • Strong cross-functional leadership skills.
  • Experience with data platforms and operational cadences.
  • Ability to create durable operating systems to enhance velocity.
  • Excellent risk and dependency management skills.
  • Fluency in AI and data insights.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
