Staff Technical Program Manager ML/AI Platform

This role is based in San Francisco with remote options available.

Compensation:

$145,747—$300,067 USD

Responsibilities:

• Lead strategic ML/AI platform programs, identifying and delivering high-impact initiatives.
• Prototype AI-augmented tools to improve decision-making and workflows.
• Drive complex technical decisions across teams and ensure program outcomes.

Requirements:

• 8+ years of experience as a Technical Program Manager with a Bachelor's in Computer Science or equivalent.
• Experience with AI governance, ML/AI systems, and strategic vision.
• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills.
