Staff Technical Program Manager, Infrastructure FinOps

This role is based in San Francisco or can be remote.

Compensation:

$145,747—$300,067 USD

Responsibilities:

• Partner with Product and Engineering to translate infrastructure strategy into executable multi-quarter programs.
• Lead capacity planning and own budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis for infrastructure governance programs.
• Develop financial models and build an investment transparency matrix for infrastructure and AI spend.
• Operationalize durable mechanisms for budgeting reviews and lead trade-off discussions.
• Identify opportunities to automate operational toil and build AI-assisted frameworks.

Requirements:

• 8+ years of Technical leadership experience with cross-functional programs.
• Strong experience in infrastructure, platform, and cloud economics.
• Proven ability to translate strategy into executable programs.
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration and executive communication skills.
