Staff Technical Program Manager, Infrastructure FinOps

This role is based in San Francisco or can be remote.

Compensation:

$145,747—$300,067 USD per year

Responsibilities:

• Partner with Product and Engineering to translate infrastructure strategy into executable programs.
• Lead capacity planning and budgeting for infrastructure governance programs.
• Develop financial models and transparency matrices for infrastructure and AI spend.
• Operationalize budgeting reviews and variance investigations.
• Build AI-assisted frameworks to improve decision-making.

Requirements:

• 8+ years of technical leadership experience.
• Strong experience in infrastructure and cloud economics.
• Proven ability to translate strategy into executable programs.
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration and executive communication skills.

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience with FinOps principles.
• Ability to influence senior leadership.
• Deep domain expertise in infrastructure or AI platforms.
