$145,747—$300,067 USD

Identify, scope, champion, and land key strategic projects important to advancing Pinterest’s platform.

Responsibilities:

• Translate strategy into execution with structured, milestone-driven plans.
• Shape planning and influence roadmaps through data-informed perspectives.
• Build scalable processes and best practices for program management.
• Drive cross-functional alignment and communication across teams.
• Own program outcomes end-to-end, ensuring measurable delivery.

What we’re looking for:

• 8+ years of Technical Program Management experience.
• Experience with AI in program planning and operations.
• Knowledge of cloud architecture and systems.
• Strong analytical problem-solving skills.
