Staff Technical Program Manager, Compliance

This role is based in San Francisco with remote options available.

Compensation:

$145,747—$300,067/year

What you'll do:

• Establish and own the AI Governance and Risk Management Framework.
• Partner with Legal to translate AI regulations into engineering requirements.
• Develop risk management systems and internal policies for responsible AI practices.
• Facilitate consensus across various teams to mitigate AI risks.
• Incorporate AI compliance program status into leadership risk management reporting.

What we’re looking for:

• 8+ years of experience as a technical program manager in Compliance or related fields.
• Experience with AI model and feature development.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
