Staff Software Engineer, Merchants & Ads Review

This role is based in San Francisco or Palo Alto, requiring in-office collaboration once a week.

Compensation:

$208,454—$364,795/year

Responsibilities:

• Own end-to-end technical delivery for cross-team initiatives.
• Build and evolve AI-assisted review systems for merchants and ads.
• Mentor junior and senior engineers.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to enhance platform safety and efficiency.

Requirements:

• 8+ years of software engineering experience.
• Strong background in ads, commerce, trust & safety, or GenAI.
• Experience in systems design and full-stack software engineering.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
