Staff Software Engineer, Ads Measurement Signal

This role is based in Seattle or remote, requiring in-office collaboration once a week.

Compensation:

$177,185—$364,795/year

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement the Conversion GenAI agent, focusing on services and data flows.
• Enhance existing GenAI applications for improved performance and reliability.
• Collaborate with product teams to translate measurement challenges into actionable solutions.
• Lead initiatives that enhance engineering velocity and measurement quality.

Requirements:

• 8+ years in backend or full-stack software engineering.
• Experience with GenAI or ML-powered products.
• Ads domain expertise, particularly in measurement and conversion tracking.
• Strong data analysis skills and technical leadership experience.
