Staff Software Engineer, Ads Measurement Conversion

This role is based in Seattle with remote work options available.

Compensation:

$177,185—$364,795/year

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement the Conversion GenAI agent, focusing on services, data flows, and retrieval layers.
• Enhance existing GenAI applications for improved performance and reliability.
• Collaborate with product teams to translate measurement pain points into actionable solutions.
• Lead initiatives to evolve AI collaboration and tooling across teams.

Requirements:

• 8+ years of backend or full-stack software engineering experience.
• Proven track record in building GenAI or ML-powered products.
• Experience in ads domain, particularly in measurement and conversion tracking.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to drive initiatives from vision to launch.
