Compensation:

$163,064—$335,720/year

What you'll do:

  • Define, design, and launch AI/ML-powered experiences for personalized user engagement.
  • Collaborate with Engineering, Design, and Data Science teams.
  • Set product vision and establish success metrics for personalization initiatives.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance personalization across Pinterest.
  • Resolve complex product challenges and influence strategy.

Requirements:

  • Experience in AI/ML product development, preferably in consumer products.
  • Strong technical understanding of AI/ML.
  • Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
  • Strategic mindset with a focus on user needs.
  • Ability to build relationships and guide projects from ideation to launch.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
