Staff Product Manager, AI/ML Personalization

This role is based in San Francisco or can be remote.

Compensation:

$163,064—$335,720/year

What you'll do:

• Define and launch AI/ML-powered experiences for users.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Design, and Data Science teams.
• Set product vision and establish success metrics.
• Identify new opportunities for personalization.
• Resolve complex product challenges.

Requirements:

• Experience in AI/ML product development.
• Strong technical fluency and communication skills.
• Empathy for user needs and strategic thinking.
• Ability to build relationships across teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
