Compensation:

$164,695—$339,078/year

Responsibilities:

  • Own and drive the product roadmap for GenAI safety across AI-powered surfaces.
  • Lead proactive identification of risks and design red-teaming exercises.
  • Translate content guidelines into buildable product requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ship AI safety solutions.
  • Define and track safety metrics to ensure compliance.
  • Develop incident response frameworks for AI safety issues.
  • Anticipate safety implications of new AI capabilities.
  • Ensure AI safety approaches account for diverse user needs.

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of product management experience in GenAI/ML or trust & safety.
  • Strong fluency in AI/ML concepts.
  • Experience with AI ethics frameworks.
  • Proven ability to lead teams through complex problem spaces.
  • Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Deep empathy for users and commitment to internet safety.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
