Staff Product Designer, Social Experiences

This role is based in San Francisco or can be remote.

Compensation:

$158,765—$326,870 USD

Responsibilities:

• Define the social ecosystem strategy and principles.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to shape product direction.
• Design user-centered features that enhance engagement.
• Mentor team members and uphold high design standards.
• Utilize AI tools to improve design processes.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in design or related field.
• 7+ years in Product Design.
• Strong product thinking and UX design skills.
• Excellent communication and storytelling abilities.
• Experience with social features and metrics-driven design.
