Compensation:

$158,765—$326,870/year

Responsibilities:

• Define the social ecosystem's strategy and principles.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to shape product direction.
• Design user-centered features that drive business impact.
• Mentor team members and uphold high design standards.
• Leverage AI tools to enhance product development.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in design or related field.
• 7+ years in Product Design.
• Strong communication and storytelling skills.
• Experience with social features and metrics-driven design.
