Staff Product Designer, Patterns

This role is based in San Francisco with remote work options available.

Compensation:

$158,765—$326,870 USD

Responsibilities:

• Lead the stewardship and evolution of design patterns and component libraries.
• Partner with product, engineering, and design teams to enhance user experiences.
• Prototype and validate new ideas using tools like Figma and code.
• Mentor other designers in craft and systemic thinking.
• Champion accessibility and inclusion in design systems.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in design or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in product design, especially with design systems.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating interface design and systemic thinking.
• Excellent communication skills and a growth mindset.
