$158,765—$326,870 USD

What you'll do:

  • Drive System Quality: Lead the stewardship and evolution of design patterns and component libraries.
  • Partner Horizontally: Collaborate with product, engineering, and design teams.
  • Prototype & Technologize: Visualize and validate new ideas using tools like Figma and code.
  • Mentor & Scale Impact: Inspire and guide other designers in best practices.
  • Champion Accessibility & Inclusion: Ensure design systems support diverse user needs.

What we’re looking for:

  • Bachelor's degree in design or equivalent experience.
  • 8+ years of experience in product design, especially with design systems.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating interface design and systemic thinking.
  • Excellent communication skills and a growth mindset.
