Staff Product Designer, Closeup

This role is based in San Francisco with remote options available.

Compensation:

$158,765—$326,870/year

Responsibilities:

• Lead design for key Closeup experiences across iOS, Android, and web.
• Drive product outcomes through design and partner with cross-functional teams.
• Simplify complex experiences and improve information hierarchy.
• Prototype and iterate quickly using Figma.
• Mentor other designers and set high standards for design quality.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in design or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of product design experience.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating interaction design and visual craft.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to influence decisions.
