Staff Product Designer, Closeup

This role is based in San Francisco or can be performed remotely.

Compensation:

$158,765—$326,870 USD

Responsibilities:

• Own end to end Closeup design across iOS, Android, and web.
• Drive product outcomes through design by partnering with cross-functional leads.
• Simplify complex experiences and improve information hierarchy.
• Prototype and iterate quickly using Figma.
• Ensure designs are accessible and inclusive.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in design or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of product design experience.
• Strong portfolio showcasing interaction design and visual craft.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to influence decisions.
