Staff Machine Learning Engineer, Search

This role is based in San Francisco with remote work options available.

Compensation:

$176,924—$364,254/year

Responsibilities:

• Build foundational models for semantic search relevance.
• Improve relevance across the search stack.
• Mentor a team of 5 engineers.
• Drive cohesive modeling across the business.

Requirements:

• Languages: Python, Java.
• Machine Learning: PyTorch, TensorFlow.
• Experience with big data processing: Spark, Hive, MapReduce.
• Hands-on experience with LLMs and VLMs.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent experience.
