Staff Machine Learning Engineer, Growth Activation

This role is based in Toronto or can be performed remotely.

What you'll do:

• Lead the technical roadmap for activation ML, addressing cold start challenges.
• Drive hands-on ML work including model building and rapid experimentation.
• Collaborate with product managers and data scientists to translate user problems into ML opportunities.
• Mentor and develop the ML team, establishing best practices.

What we're looking for:

• 6+ years of experience in ML models, particularly in recommendation systems.
• 2+ years as a technical lead with measurable business impact.
• Strong collaboration skills and experience mentoring ML engineers.
• Degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or related field.
