Staff Machine Learning Engineer, Growth Activation

This role is based in Toronto with remote options available.

What you'll do:

• Lead the technical roadmap for activation ML, focusing on cold start challenges.
• Drive hands-on ML work including building models and rapid experimentation.
• Collaborate with product managers and data scientists to translate user problems into ML opportunities.
• Run experiments to optimize user intent signals and content recommendations.
• Mentor the ML team and establish best practices.

What we're looking for:

• 6+ years of experience in building and shipping ML models.
• 2+ years as a technical lead or senior IC.
• Strong product mindset and collaboration skills.
• Degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Statistics or related field.
