Staff Machine Learning Engineer, Conversion Visibility

This role is based in Seattle, with additional locations in San Francisco and Palo Alto.

Compensation:

$222,716—$389,753 USD

Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and implementation of identity and conversion signal models.
• Own major identity prediction initiatives end-to-end.
• Build and evolve ML-powered components in the conversion visibility pipeline.
• Establish ML development best practices and mentor engineers.
• Collaborate with various teams to define interfaces and success metrics.

Requirements:

• Experience building and deploying large-scale ML systems in production.
• Degree in computer science, machine learning, statistics, or related field.
• Hands-on experience with ads conversion, identity/user matching, or measurement domains.
• Expertise in probabilistic modeling and measurement.
• Proven technical leadership and excellent communication skills.
