Staff Machine Learning Engineer, Ads Late Funnel

This role is based in San Francisco, Palo Alto, or Seattle.

Compensation:

$222,716—$389,753/year

Responsibilities:

• Build and improve backend systems and statistical models for the marketplace.
• Define and implement experiments to understand long-term marketplace effects.
• Develop strategies for balancing long and short-term business objectives.
• Drive collaboration with peers across the company to enhance marketplace design.

Requirements:

• MS or PhD in Computer Science, Statistics, or related field.
• 8+ years of industry experience.
• 2+ years leading projects/teams.
• Strong software engineering and mathematical skills.
• Experience with large-scale online e-commerce systems is a plus.
• Background in computational advertising preferred.
