Staff Data Scientist, Ads Performance

This role is based in San Francisco, CA or remote with in-office collaboration required once a week.

Compensation:

$164,695—$339,078/year

Responsibilities:

• Evolve strategy by collaborating with product and engineering leaders.
• Improve experimentation capabilities and tools for ad delivery systems.
• Lead and mentor peers, providing feedback to enhance team output.
• Communicate complex analytical findings to stakeholders.
• Stay informed on developments in data science and advertising technology.

Requirements:

• 8+ years of experience in data science with web-scale data.
• Experience with ads optimization models.
• Proficiency in SQL and Python.
• Strong communication skills and ability to lead technical projects.
• Experience in digital ad delivery stacks preferred.
