Sr. Technical Program Manager, Personalization

Compensation:

$123,684—$254,644/year

Responsibilities:

  • Own a portfolio of personalization programs across various platforms.
  • Drive cross-surface execution for scalable personalization improvements.
  • Partner with Relevance and Data Science for long-term value prioritization.
  • Design and manage the operating model for personalization.
  • Align stakeholders across organizations to drive data-backed decisions.
  • Communicate complex technical work simply to stakeholders.
  • Utilize GenAI for program management tasks.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience as a Technical Program Manager.
  • Experience with personalization and ML/AI-driven systems.
  • Strong program management and organizational skills.
  • Data-driven decision-making capabilities.
  • Excellent communication skills for technical topics.
  • AI-first execution mindset.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
