Sr. Technical Program Manager, Growth

This role is based in San Francisco or can be remote.

Compensation:

$123,684—$254,644 USD

Responsibilities:

• Identify and drive key strategic explorations.
• Translate strategic ideas into execution plans.
• Drive complex technical decisions across multiple teams.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering and product.
• Define new processes to streamline collaboration.
• Use AI to enhance project execution and communication.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience as a technical program manager.
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Solid technical background with the ability to understand complex designs.
• Strong analytical skills and experience with AI tools.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
