Sr. Technical Program Manager, AI Engagement

This role is based in San Francisco or can be remote.

Compensation:

$123,684—$254,644/year

Responsibilities:

• Define and execute the AI roadmap for Marketing, Communications, and Creative (MC2).
• Gather input from stakeholders and produce business, functional, and technical needs.
• Create an operating rhythm to keep work moving and track dependencies.
• Develop documentation and training resources for AI tools.
• Foster an AI-forward culture while ensuring ethical practices.
• Manage onboarding and integration of AI vendors and tools.
• Define success metrics for AI engagement and report progress.

Requirements:

• 6+ years of technical program management experience.
• Experience delivering AI/automation programs.
• Strong skills in requirements gathering and documentation.
• Ability to partner with technical teams and translate needs.
• Experience in building adoption programs across global teams.
• Strong vendor management background.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
