Sr. Technical Program Manager, AI Engagement

Compensation:

$123,684—$254,644/year

Responsibilities:

  • Define and execute the AI roadmap for the Marketing, Communications, and Creative team.
  • Gather input from stakeholders and translate it into business, functional, and technical needs.
  • Create operating rhythms to keep projects moving and track dependencies.
  • Develop documentation and training resources for AI tools.
  • Monitor risks and ensure ethical AI practices.
  • Lead onboarding and management of AI vendors and tools.
  • Define success metrics for AI engagement.

Requirements:

  • 6+ years of technical program management experience.
  • Experience delivering AI/automation programs.
  • Strong skills in requirements gathering and documentation.
  • Ability to partner with technical teams.
  • Experience building adoption programs across global teams.
  • Strong vendor management skills.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
