Sr. Technical Program Manager, Ads Performance

This role is based in San Francisco or can be remote.

Compensation:

$123,684—$254,644/year

Responsibilities:

• Own end-to-end program delivery for Ads Performance initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive program execution.
• Develop new performance capabilities across ads delivery and modeling.
• Communicate program status and risks to stakeholders.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience as a Technical Program Manager.
• Strong leadership and analytical skills.
• Technical background with system design understanding.
• Experience in the ads space is preferred.
