Compensation:

$212,964—$438,454 USD

Responsibilities:

• Lead machine learning projects in search, including indexing, ranking, and personalization.
• Innovate with LLMs and NLP techniques for query recommendations and content understanding.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to enhance user search experience.
• Mentor junior engineers.

Requirements:

• 8+ years of experience in large-scale production search or recommendation systems.
• Expertise in machine learning and generative technologies.
• Strong leadership skills in complex recommendation problems.
• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in computer science or equivalent experience.
