Sr. Staff Machine Learning Engineer, Content Ecosystem

This role is based in San Francisco with remote options available.

Compensation:

$227,871—$469,147 USD

Responsibilities:

• Set technical strategy and vision for ML systems that improve the end-to-end content ecosystem.
• Partner with data science teams to develop a content ecosystem measurement framework.
• Identify and close content gaps through model building and insights.
• Understand content performance through causal thinking and experimentation.
• Build and optimize content marketplace mechanisms.
• Mentor junior ML engineers and establish best practices for ML engineering.

Requirements:

• Strong fundamentals in machine learning and optimization.
• Experience leading technical strategy and navigating ambiguity.
• Interest in marketplace dynamics and multi-objective tradeoffs.
• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
