Sr. Staff Machine Learning Engineer, Content Ecosystem

This role is based in San Francisco with remote options available.

Compensation:

$227,871—$469,147/year

Responsibilities:

• Set technical strategy for ML systems to improve content ecosystem.
• Develop measurement frameworks to quantify content health and performance.
• Identify content gaps and build models to address them.
• Design optimization approaches balancing relevance, quality, and monetization.
• Mentor junior ML engineers.

Requirements:

• Strong fundamentals in machine learning and optimization.
• Experience leading technical strategy and navigating ambiguity.
• Interest in marketplace dynamics and multi-objective tradeoffs.
• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
