Responsibilities:
- Set technical strategy for ML systems to improve content ecosystem.
- Develop measurement frameworks to quantify content health and performance.
- Identify content gaps and build models to address them.
- Design optimization approaches balancing relevance, quality, and monetization.
- Mentor junior ML engineers.
Requirements:
- Strong fundamentals in machine learning and optimization.
