Sr. Staff Machine Learning Engineer, Agentic Ads

This role is based in San Francisco with remote options available.

Compensation:

$227,871—$469,147/year

Responsibilities:

• Lead the technical strategy for advancing ads ranking and bidding models.
• Design, build and launch production models to improve ads quality and relevance.
• Partner with product, applied science, and infrastructure teams to shape modeling roadmaps.
• Mentor and develop other machine learning engineers.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 8 years in applied machine learning.
• Expertise in recommendation and ranking techniques.
• Experience with ML systems at scale using Python or C++.
• Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills.
