Compensation:
$227,871—$469,147/year
Responsibilities:
- Lead the technical strategy for advancing ads ranking and bidding models using large scale ML.
- Design, build and launch production models that improve ads quality and relevance.
- Partner with product, applied science, and infrastructure teams to translate business objectives into modeling roadmaps.
- Mentor and develop other machine learning engineers and scientists.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in applied machine learning.
- Expertise in modern recommendation and ranking techniques.
- Experience in building and operating ML systems at scale in Python or C++.
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in computer science or statistics, or equivalent experience.
