Sr. Product Manager, Performance Marketing

Compensation:

$139,764—$287,749/year

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the product vision, strategy, and execution for performance marketing.
  • Drive clarity and alignment across cross-functional teams.
  • Partner with Marketing, Engineering, and Data Science to improve paid marketing systems.
  • Utilize analytical skills to identify opportunities in the paid marketing lifecycle.

Requirements:

  • Experience in product management at fast-growing companies.
  • Technical background to engage with engineering teams.
  • Knowledge of performance marketing mechanics.
  • Strong analytical skills for product strategy.
  • Ability to communicate complex concepts effectively.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
