Compensation:
$139,764—$287,749/year
Responsibilities:
- Own and drive the Enforcement Systems product roadmap.
- Define and scale the automation strategy for enforcement decisions.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives across Policy, Operations, Content Safety, and Engineering.
- Translate policy intent into enforceable systems.
- Triage and prioritize inbound requests against roadmap commitments.
Requirements:
- 5+ years product management experience.
- Experience in trust & safety, fraud/risk, or content moderation.
- Demonstrated experience with large-scale systems.
- Experience building or managing AI/ML-powered products.
- SQL proficiency.
- Strong cross-functional leadership.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
