Sr. Product Manager, AI/ML Personalization

This role is based in San Francisco with remote work options available.

Compensation:

$138,380—$284,900/year

Responsibilities:

• Define, design, and launch AI/ML-powered experiences for user personalization.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Design, and Data Science teams.
• Set product vision and establish success metrics for personalization initiatives.
• Identify opportunities to enhance personalization across Pinterest.

Requirements:

• Experience with AI/ML products, preferably in consumer e-commerce.
• Strong technical fluency in AI/ML product development.
• Excellent communication skills for presenting to diverse audiences.
• Ability to empathize with user needs and translate data into actionable insights.
• Ownership mindset with experience guiding projects from ideation to launch.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
