Sr. Product Manager, AI/ML Personalization

This role is based in San Francisco or can be remote.

Compensation:

$138,380—$284,900/year

Responsibilities:

• Define, design, and launch AI/ML-powered experiences for users.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Design, and Data Science teams.
• Set product vision and establish success metrics for personalization initiatives.
• Identify new opportunities to enhance personalization across Pinterest.
• Navigate complex product challenges and influence strategy.

Requirements:

• Experience in AI/ML product management, preferably in consumer products.
• Strong technical understanding of AI/ML development.
• Excellent communication skills for cross-functional presentations.
• Ability to empathize with user needs and translate data into opportunities.
• Proven track record of guiding projects from ideation to launch.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
