Responsibilities:
- Own and evolve core surfaces in Ads Manager for campaign management.
- Build solutions for ad creative management including libraries and automation tools.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve advertiser experiences.
- Conduct research to understand advertiser workflows and translate insights into product strategies.
- Explore AI-powered creative solutions for scaling high-quality ads.
Requirements:
- Experience in digital advertising and performance marketing.
- Strong product discovery and customer engagement skills.
- Proven success in leading cross-functional teams.
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and communicate complex topics effectively.
