Sr. Manager, Engineering, Ad Formats

This role is based in San Francisco or Palo Alto, requiring in-office collaboration once a week.

Compensation:

$242,402—$429,545 USD

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the development of Ads Creation and Personalization frameworks.
• Manage a team of 15 engineers, providing hands-on leadership.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 9+ years of software engineering experience, with 5+ years in Ads.
• 5+ years of engineering management experience.
• Strong knowledge of AI/ML technologies.
