Sr. Machine Learning Engineer, Responsible AI– Applied Research Science

This role is based in San Francisco or can be remote.

Compensation:

$189,721—$332,012/year

What you'll do:

• Design and drive projects to identify and mitigate bias in ML applications.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to adopt Responsible AI practices.
• Mentor junior engineers in the Responsible AI space.

Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience in large-scale ML-driven products.
• 1+ years leading cross-team engineering efforts.
• Masters or PhD in Computer Science or related fields.

Tech stack:

Advanced ML methods, transformer-based models, large-scale Search and Recommender Systems.
