Compensation:
$189,721—$332,012/year
Responsibilities:
- Design and drive projects to identify and mitigate bias in ML applications.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to adopt Responsible AI practices.
- Mentor junior engineers in the Responsible AI space.
- Define and drive technical strategy in responsible AI.
Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience in large-scale ML-driven products.
- 1+ years leading cross-team engineering efforts.
- Masters or PhD in Computer Science or related fields.
- Experience with advanced ML methods and architectures.
Nice to have:
- Publications at top ML conferences.
- Experience with AI coding assistants.
- Expertise in scalable real-time systems.
