$161,263—$332,012/year
Responsibilities:
- Prototype new model architectures for Pinterest Canvas, our internal text-to-image generative model.
- Read research papers and contribute to visual generative strategy discussions.
- Collect relevant visual training data and assist with targeted fine-tuning.
- Publish and publicize your work through conferences and blog posts.
- Mentor junior researchers and interns within Pinterest Labs.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of industry experience in computer vision.
- M.S. or PhD in Machine Learning, Computer Science, or related fields.
- Experience with generative computer vision models, particularly diffusion models.
Nice to Have:
- Publications at top ML conferences.
- Experience with AI coding assistants.
- Familiarity with LLM-powered productivity tools.
